A genuinely solid 3 stars Positive: As my friend said: “Some hosts want to get 5 stars and they work for it, others don’t.” These don’t. 3 stars are for things like: WiFi worked well Heating worked well Beds / bedding / towels were fine Photos are pretty accurate Friendly voice at the end of the emergency number when we were struggling to use the fiddly key lock box If they want 4 stars they should: Provide more than 6 forks Provide a sponge for washing up when the forks have run out, we had to use our fingers to wash up… Clean the bathroom mirror Fix the lock on the bathroom door Fix the toilet seat Provide blackout blinds Free the light switch for the beside lamp from behind the bed so the lamp can be used Reply to all messages Correct the false advertising - parking is not free and the place is not big enough for 6 people If they want 5 stars they should: resolve the issues with the damp stains, cut the grass outside, use a proper vacuum, provide recycling options even if the council provision isn’t in place, provide a starter pack (we had jam which we don’t think counts), provide a residents permit for parking *Parking is resident only Mon-Sat 8-6. So it is only free and available Sat 6pm-Mon 8am.*

Positive: Good location. Nice house, everything we needed for our stay. Liam organised a parking permit. Negative: Nothing

Positive: Spacious, warm, plenty of equipment and good facilities. Negative: Needs redecorating, lots of damp staining, dripping from guttering even when it wasn't raining, blinds broken, door lock difficult to use. Thin walls and very noisy neighbours. Difficulty establishing parking permit, advert stated free parking, its not during the day.
